Kai means sea in Hawaiian — you hear it inside names like Kailani and Kainani. It felt right for the second home of our studio: a place above Waikoloa Village where the pace slows, the light turns gold each evening, and the Pacific holds the horizon.
Everything we care about in Napa — calm rooms, honest materials, time to notice the seasons — carried across the water. We welcome you with Aloha, and we are grateful you are here. Mahalo.
The Space
A two-bedroom retreat with a private lanai facing the sea. Mornings begin slowly with coffee above the fairways; evenings end with the sun folding into the Pacific — visible from the sofa, the table, and the lanai.
The rooms are kept the way we keep our own: calm, uncluttered, and quietly comfortable.
