Shiki Hill Studio (Shiki Hill Ceramics LLC, "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
Name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details you provide when placing an order, requesting a delivery quote, making a warranty claim, or signing up for our newsletter. Card payments are processed directly by our payment provider and card details are not stored by us; ACH payments are processed through our bank or invoicing provider. When you make a warranty claim we may also collect photos and a description of the issue.
How We Use It
To fulfill, deliver, and service your orders (including scheduling in-home delivery and administering Maker warranties), to respond to inquiries, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional updates about new pieces and studio news. We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share It With
Service providers needed to fulfill your order: our payment and invoicing providers, parcel carriers, and the freight and White Glove Delivery partners who need your name, address, and phone number to schedule and complete delivery.
Makers, when needed to register your piece for warranty, produce a Made to Order piece, or assess and carry out a warranty repair. We share only what is needed for that purpose, and Makers are required to use it only for that purpose.
Advertising and analytics platforms such as Pinterest, Meta, or Google, only in aggregated or pixel-based form for analytics and advertising measurement, governed by each platform's own privacy terms.
